What changed since she came back from the hospital?
Three things since Oct 21:
1. Medications → two changes on the discharge list; furosemide 40 mg daily conflicts with the eMAR, which still shows the old entry.
2. Family note → Claire wrote Oct 22 that her ankles look puffier than before the hospital.
3. Form 1823 → an update is suggested after a hospital stay. The physician pre-fill is ready to review.
